This is an exciting role with opportunity for advancement in a local, family-owned and operated business.
This position will interact directly with our customers and work collaboratively with our Showroom Consultants.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to support and build rapport with both our clients and peer team members.
This position is full-time in our Carrboro, NC branch.
Key
Responsibilities:
Greet showroom clients / initial point of contact for clients and prospective clients Answer high volume of phone calls and direct calls appropriately Schedule appointments and manage inter-office calendar Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail, as well as prepare outgoing mail Create specification books with client selections Maintain showroom area, kitchen and coffee station Key
Qualifications:
Professional manner and appearance with the ability to make a good first impression Ability to multi-task, self-motivate, set goals, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment Excellent communication, phone and email skills Strong organizational skills Computer proficiency including Google Calendar, Gmail and basic Excel Experience in an administrative or customer service role a plus Experience in Accounts Payable a plus
