Center Associates The Center Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices.
The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry.
The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance.
He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.
Center Manager/Assistant Manager Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of a retail location, opening and closing the center, assist in managing the productivity and world-class customer service delivery of the team, monitoring cost control and expenses, providing weekly/monthly reports to the franchise owner.
Requires outgoing personality, exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage a team for peak performance in a retail-service environment.
Other skills required are strong organizational skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, some accounting knowledge, good computer skills with knowledge of Internet applications, Microsoft Word and Excel; QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
Pay is commensurate with experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE MANAGER EXPERIENCE Must be available to work any day of the week during store operating hours Must have a valid Driver's License or State Identification and become a Notary.
Also, a background check is required Must have dependable transportation Must be able to stand for long periods and lift packages up to 50 lbs.
No requested time off allowed in December due to the holiday peak season
