The successful candidate will be responsible to the department manager for assisting in managing all wellness product duties.
This will include ordering all body care products, supplements, and mercantile products.
They will execute assigned shifts in an exemplary manner and supervise others to complete shift work and uphold standards.
They will train, lead and coach employees.
They will actively contribute to a positive and productive work environment, be a model of superior customer service and help others to do the same.
They may assist in other areas of the store as needed and act as Manager on Duty as assigned.
Qualifications Candidate must be extremely knowledgeable of body care and supplements, have strong customer service skills and experience in a retail setting, the ability to bend, twist, lift and stock products up to 60 lbs.
repeatedly, stand and walk for long periods, run a touch-screen register, and be able to interact effectively with a wide range of customers and staff.
Weekend and evening work is required.
Fluent English is required for this customer-focused position.
Prior experience with stock management, ordering, and wellness products is required.
