We are a small, privately owned practice, looking for a motivated, eager, bright, energetic full-time employee.
This position will work directly with our patients and will require the utmost professionalism.
Job tasks include but are not limited to:
Checking patients in and out Confirming patients demographics and insurance Scanning records into patient charts Assisting our referral coordinator submit and/or track referrals Scheduling appointments Collecting and recording payments Transcribing messages between patients and providers Answering a multi-line telephone system Monitoring and managing our patient portal The ideal candidate for this position will be detail oriented, able to multitask and have strong communication and organizational skills.
Our office maintains a team atmosphere where employees work together to ensure that patient care is our top priority.
Hours for this position are M-F, 8:
30 AM - 5:
30 PM.
