Our Data Coordinator will support the Digital Product Catalog and the Fleet Feet Point of Sale (POS) System, RICS.
This position will work with our retail stores and Store Support Team (HQ) to add and maintain product listings, change system settings, and educate stores.
If you are a solution-oriented person who enjoys data integrity, this role is for you! This position will be responsible for adding new SKUs, ensuring product data is accurate across multiple systems, supporting brand-wide footwear product markdowns and price updates, and collaborating with other members of the Data Management team to establish standard processes.

Responsibilities:
Ensure data integrity in RICS and the Digital Product Catalog by working closely with the team to create SOPs and assist with various system optimization and standardization projects Coordinate with the Purchasing Team to make sure data is complete and accurate, keeping up with last-minute changes across systems Maintain the Digital Product Catalog by adding new products, fixing data syncing issues, and monitoring discontinued products Assist stores with RICS and data related questions and requests (fixing incorrect SKUs, managing user accounts, etc.
) Work with the Data Management team to find, test and implement new efficiencies, automations and upgrades to improve the overall health of product information across systems Assist with other data management projects, including but not limited to tasks related to an upcoming ERP implementation
Qualifications:
Beginner excel experience required, sophisticated experience a plus Data entry/management experience preferred Customer service experience preferred Excellent communicator with the ability to listen and adapt Builds and maintains trust from the team, staff, and customers Hardworking, positive, and self-motivated Collaborative and customer-centric Willing to go above and beyond when needed Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functions Perks:

Additional Requirements:
Position requires occasional moving around with light (1-10lbs.
) carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling.
The position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access files, office equipment, etc.
The position is mostly sedentary and requires the employee to have close visual acuity to perform job requirements.
The position requires frequent communication with team members and repetitive motion with the hands, wrists and/or fingers while constantly utilizing a computer.
This position is located within an office environment and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
